I made 3 transaction through my credit card in different- different date on www.risix.in for withdrawal my credit card money. The amount is been detected from my credit card and also reflected into risix.in wallet but when I withdrawal my money from www.risix.in wallet. The withdrawal money is showing pending till now.

The main reason to complaint against www.risix.in is that because they promise to credit your money in your bank account within 2 working days and now is more than 1 month. transaction still showing pending.

I trying to call on www.risix.in but they aren't answering, i am mailing to them they are not giving any response on mail.thats why I want to raise complaint now...
My first transaction pending date is 10 Feb 2022
Please help me with this this is my actual issue.
