Sir, I had done a transaction of 5000ruppes on risix.in through my credit card on 24th December 2021. Money added instantly to their wallet. But when a place withdrawal request, it's pending since 3 month.
I'm trying to contact them through email and phone call, but they are not replying. Main thing is they claim that money transfer from wallet to account happens in 2 working days, but they are doing scam to users.
Please take strict action and help me to get my money back.

I also face the same issue bro but I have claimed some amount of my money.... You have to complaint against them in cyber crime portal than you will get a best solution.....
