I had done 3 test, cbc, tsh, prolactin. Cbc and tsh was right but prolactin range was shown 1149 which is really rare and doc made me afraid that u have to do brain ct n all, but before that doc asked me to do retest from another lab, when i did test again from thyrocare my prolactin report was 12.39 which was a normal range. Like ssly redcliffe gave me wrong report with highest range.

If the patient is stable then also he may get panic attack due to this kind of reports this was not justify and they also did not refunded my money. It is a request to cancel their license for giving wrong reports and for their carelessness and also refund my money along with compensation....

I had booked the Advance Plus Full Body Checkup in July 2023 that is priced at Rs/- 2k now for my whole family (4 members- Rs/- 8,000) and the results were very much wrong and misleading. Redcliffe plays on a very persuasive and false advertising & marketing strategy that leads people with no medical background in trusting their process:

1. They collect blood samples depending on your preferred time then do the same for other few houses as well and then submit the blood sample to the nearby lab facility.

2. The reports are mailed in a PDF format by the evening of the same day.

3. The pricing for their services and packages are relatively low in comparison to Full Body Health Checkup charges by renowned hospital brands like Medica Hospitals Kolkata, Peerless, Fortis, AMRI etc. It’s Rs/- 500 to 3–4k max for Redcliffe vs Rs/- 3k to 9k at legit hospitals.

4. This huge difference in price and cost effective thought made me fall for Redcliffe’s trap.

5. Now the reason why I say they’re not at all genuine with their medical expertise is because right after receiving our family’s reports, my uncle who has a qualified medical background claimed the reports to be fishy and not true. To summarise, the report basically stated that almost everyone in our family has deficiency in Vit D, B12, high thyroid levels, high fatty liver and cholesterol levels.

6. So we went and our full body health checked again at a very reputable hospital in Kolkata which did cost us good money but the difference this time in reports between the former and the latter were large.
The thyroid levels, liver fat and cholesterol were not even close or as high as claimed by Redcliffe. There were other important differences as well in terms of details and health figures.

7. Moreover, the stupid claim that levels in thyroid and other areas can easily change over a week just shows the unawareness and 0 medical knowledge of brands like Redcliffe who use Indian demographic as a means to generate revenue. (Fluctuations in TSH levels can occur as your thyroid disease progresses.)

8. After confronting Redcliffe on this and bringing both the reports on the table, they stated that there are 2 different methodologies that have been used to derives different results in both reports. And to this day, they still don’t agree upon their fault and have 0 courage to initiate the refund.

Hope this helps viewers notice the reality and not fall for false advertising....

Please never opt This company or lifecare for lab test.Once u give your mobile number , they make your life hell. They circulate your number to all their selling agents pan india.
Normally test needed between 3 to 6 months . Once you take their services, they dont update in their software.

They keep calling you ( not message) from the first day after your test.sometimes 5 times a day from different number. You may receive numbers of call from same person. I have blocked over 100 numbers, still no way out. Given complaint so many times, but no action.

As a senior citizen , they make your life SICK. , Irritable, Pl.take extra care before giving your personal mobile number and alternate number.
Top of that ,better to use local lab or hospital lab.

Never use this lab please. Report collected without PPE kit, that too in such a bad manner. Not even sure if the sample is collected or if it’s a complete fraud. To this the response was that PPE kit wasn’t there which is okay, because person’s temperature is checked after leaving the house & his RTPCR is done every 7 days.

That logic makes no sense as it takes 3 days for symptoms to show so the temp check at that point is redundant. I was reluctant to let the person into my house as he may be carrying COVID into my home.

But because it was a necessity I had to. Then I raised this complaint but the response of the company shows that they clearly don’t care. Customer care is unhelpful and gives no resolution or emails. Pathetic.

Customer care simply said NO for a refund, and argued that I should wait. Twice my complaint was escalated but no intimation of the ticket number even given. Even the booking time was wrong once I got the confirmation call.

Overall there’s no standardisation, professionalism at all. I’ve become even more sick dealing with them and exerting myself by following up so many times....

Trust me i have never seen such a fraud people and services like redcliffe. 2 days after sample is given, i have not received my reports and no reply from anyone on customer service.

My humble request to all readers and first timers don't waste money on this lab. They give Incorrect report and only partial report, u won't get full report. If u call customer care, they don't answer your query and phone gets disconnected automatically.

I had booked an appointment with Redcliffe Labs for a Blood Test on Sunday 15 January 2022. The Sample was collected on 15th January & the payment was given for 3 tests E2, LSH, FSH. Total payment was Rs. 1450.

The Report was supposed to come in 3 days but after 3 days I only receive a single report of E2. LSH & FSH reports are not there. I've been contacting them for the last 4 days but every time gets a different reply.

They keep sending me the same report of a single test excluding the two others every time. Labs like this will be shut down as soon as possible....

I booked lab-test on 20th of march 2022 with Redcliff labs for a smart body check up and a female hormone test as per the quotation was provided to me in Pune India. Blood and urine samples for these tests and by Swapnil Jadhav from Pune.

But I received the reports for female hormones and Vitamin D3 and B12 only because your sales executive recorded my order wrongly in your records. I have been contacting the redcliff office every day but I am getting no response from your office.

The technician also contacted your office before collecting the samples in the morning and the office confirmed the package and promised to rectify the mistake. This is the worst behavior and service given to a patient who needs reports on an urgent basis, I have ever seen in my life.

I want that they should refund me the money I paid them....

Neither are they providing the report nor refund. First they said it’ll come in 5 days after 5 days they say we will check. I am waiting for the report and unable to go ahead with medical advice because I don’t have the reports.

The lab is not taking any responsibility nor are they replying to my mails. They keep sending me the same incomplete report every time with 2 tests missing out of the 3.

When i call the call centre they don’t reposing and say we will let you know. This is causing a lot of mental agony and my health is getting affected. Labs like these should be shut. It’s a fraud lab.

We took total body checkup on 4thpaid amount on 5th 999 each but till date reports not get my whatsapp or mail i asked so many times they are telling we send but they are not sending.

Why i don't know hence i am complaining on them please take my complaint and do the needful....
