I am to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding a wrong blood test report casually sent by your lab on 12.08.23 by WA . relates to a blood test / whole body checkup of Sampa Upadhya . But report sent was not belongs to her tests . Obviously , Based on that wrong report Doctor prescribed wrong medications & I was about to collapse. I must mention that these discrepancies are not only alarming but also potentially harmful to my ongoing medical care. I am also in doubt whether a proper diagnosis of my blood sample has been made in your lab & reliable medical information provided to me ?? In this context, I request you to take immediate action to ensure that my blood sample has been tested & related values given in the report. Expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Redcliffe labs are actually pathetic, I wish I would have read these reviews earlier, nevertheless hope this review helps others. I had my blood test done three months back, we paid the amount but did not get the reports, after I called up the lab they said that the payment is not done and we cannot give the reports as it does not show in our system, to cut long story short I had to repay the amount to get my reports and I was told that I ll get my refund as there was some technical problem, which by the way is still pending. So, yes don’t go for this lab as they are frauds. This is what I can say.

Its been 3 days and still my medical report has been not sent.i have paid Rs.899 and now i feel cheated as they are frauds.They are not picking up my calls either .

My sample collection was on Mat 16, 2022 post 48 hrs they call me for resampling at 0 rs and confirm me that reports will come in 36hrs but today is Mar 21, 2022 but still reports not received and call center teams are requesting me 2hrs on every call. The labs services are bull shit. I will not suggest to take risk with your health

We have very bad experience with Redcliffe Lab. We have given 10 samples but even after 3 days no single report we got. After following up they are saying to download app etc Where in other professional labs sending report on mail or watsap within 24 hours. When we compare the reports with recent other labs report it is not at all trust worthy. After complaint we got 3 reports and other 7 still pending. We will not trust them even if we get them. not trust worthy we lost our money.

They promptly collected the blood and money, but now Give days have passed and they aren't replying to my repeated complaints and passing the parcel from one department to another.
