Never use this lab please. Report collected without PPE kit, that too in such a bad manner. Not even sure if the sample is collected or if it’s a complete fraud. To this the response was that PPE kit wasn’t there which is okay, because person’s temperature is checked after leaving the house & his RTPCR is done every 7 days.

That logic makes no sense as it takes 3 days for symptoms to show so the temp check at that point is redundant. I was reluctant to let the person into my house as he may be carrying COVID into my home.

But because it was a necessity I had to. Then I raised this complaint but the response of the company shows that they clearly don’t care. Customer care is unhelpful and gives no resolution or emails. Pathetic.

Customer care simply said NO for a refund, and argued that I should wait. Twice my complaint was escalated but no intimation of the ticket number even given. Even the booking time was wrong once I got the confirmation call.

Overall there’s no standardisation, professionalism at all. I’ve become even more sick dealing with them and exerting myself by following up so many times.
