Order a phone case on 23rd of January and still haven't received the order. They are the biggest scams i tried to contact them they don't respond to the calls and after some time too the texts too. I asked for the refund but don't even talk about that just tell me that your order is shipped didn't receive and it was mistake from their side but still they aren't giving my refund back. They are the frauds and I would suggest to not make any purchase from them....

I ordered a phone case from their website but unfortunately the model I ordered was not available.I asked them for a refund.It'a been almost 2 months they haven't refunded my money yet.Everytime they tell a different story.They won't respond to calls and messages too....

Don't give me a credit note where I'm forced to buy things I don't need.

I ordered 2 phone cover and paid upfront on ir website.

8 to 10 days I dont even get a deliver confirmation from you.

No phone support ...delayed and absolutely rude and pathetic WhatsApp support tells me that your vendor screwed up and u are unable to deliver my product and donr know if or when u will be able to deliver at all.

Then u tell me .. we cant
refund your money cause the company does not allow refunds

This company management is a bunch of crooks just trying to cheat ppl.

I had to use the credit to buy a tank I dont need cause that was the only way I could get my money's worth.

So shameless ..The print on that tank was also cheap and of a substandard quality.

I ordered a case from Kalakaar India. They sent me a damage piece . I complained and they gave me a full refund immediately cause they are not crooks with bad intentions.

I would never ever order from u guys again and will never recommend u to anyone.

Infact I have a good mind about writing this on all social.media handles....

I ordered my phone case for Rs 599 from Quirky Perks via Instagram and the quality, colour and print difference was huge. The order was made on their website quirktperks.in 2 months ago. YES 2 MONTHS AGO.

They took 2 months to deliver a product. They mention on the website it's 1 week. I tried asking for a refund due to the delay but they did not reply. The product was delivered after 2 months and it was pathetic. I talked to Quirky Perks customer care that it is not fair but they straightaway said that we won't replace unless it is not of proper size or model.

It's quality is not up-to mark and they refuse to accept that too. I tried to complain through Instagram and mail but they are not responding further. I have sent the image that I ordered and the one i received still they are not accepting the fact that it differs.

I wanted to return it but they are not up for that too. I have made the advance payment to them via Google pay. I tried to ask them if they are based in my city as the details showed, so that i could personally go and replace or return.

No response in that as well. Quirky Perks is a Scam company that does not know how to do ethical business. I would recommend everyone to buy from only trust able sources like Amazon or Flipkart.

At least you can return it and get your money back there if the quality is not upto the mark. I filed a case against them in consumer forum and finally got my money back....

Description: My friend from Germany had ordered from quirky perks for my birthday. She had ordered two products however only one product got delivered. When we tried to reach the customer care, there was no response at all.

Finally we dropped a mail but didn't get any response. After multiple follow ups when finally there was some positive revert, the product was delivered to the wrong address (even though there were clear instructions from our end). it is realized that the service of the organisation has been like this and there have been similar multiple complaints in this regard against the agency already.

Mitigation: Penal action and also action in such manner that the issue is not faced by others....

I ordered an alarm bottle and what I received was a faulty product and not according to the description at all, now I want to change the product but these people neither reply to mails nor to messages on whatsapp and on top of that don't pick up calls. I made a mistake ordering from here, total waste of money. On website they have written 750 ml and actual it is only 400 ml. And besides, it is faulty product. Not picking calls or solving the problem, not arranging for pickup and not providing store credit too. I messaged on Instagram and they asked me to write an email, i wrote an email, no reply and when i call on the number, they don't pick up even if it shows they are online on whatsapp, not replying to messages also at all. I have done everything i could from my side, i just want my money back, there is a limit of unprofessional. The product I received was imported from china and not even a single thing written in English, the sole reason why i bought the bottle is not fulfilled, if they don't pick up calls then why even put customer care number on website,...
