I ordered my phone case for Rs 599 from Quirky Perks via Instagram and the quality, colour and print difference was huge. The order was made on their website quirktperks.in 2 months ago. YES 2 MONTHS AGO.

They took 2 months to deliver a product. They mention on the website it's 1 week. I tried asking for a refund due to the delay but they did not reply. The product was delivered after 2 months and it was pathetic. I talked to Quirky Perks customer care that it is not fair but they straightaway said that we won't replace unless it is not of proper size or model.

It's quality is not up-to mark and they refuse to accept that too. I tried to complain through Instagram and mail but they are not responding further. I have sent the image that I ordered and the one i received still they are not accepting the fact that it differs.

I wanted to return it but they are not up for that too. I have made the advance payment to them via Google pay. I tried to ask them if they are based in my city as the details showed, so that i could personally go and replace or return.

No response in that as well. Quirky Perks is a Scam company that does not know how to do ethical business. I would recommend everyone to buy from only trust able sources like Amazon or Flipkart.

At least you can return it and get your money back there if the quality is not upto the mark. I filed a case against them in consumer forum and finally got my money back.
