For the first time I placed an order on nursery live website. Payment got debited and order got failed hence I placed another order and the amount got debited again.I thought for the failed order payment would be credited back however it wasn't credited as the payment made through simple application I contacted them and was advised it would be credited back within given time as the order got failed and I got my order delivered for one of the payment made.

Out of no where failed order was showing as pending status. I requested to cancel the order however I was told I didn't contact within turn around time but i didn't get any update through SMS regarding same informing order is pending and confirmed. Delivery guy 2nd time arrived at door without any intimation for the duplicate order.

I informed order was failed I didn't request to deliver and duplicate order wasn't taken by me. If it's a system glitch duplicate order still shouldn't be delivered. Now I'm in Loss of that duplicate order. I wasn't provided any refund . My 1st experience was pathetic. Please I request you to refund the amount for duplicate order and do the needful.original order plants are also delivered dead Kindly look in to it....

I had placed an order worth rs 1527/ for plants on 30 September 2022 with a delivery promise maximum 13 October. I have not received my orders yet . Thier online tracking system says ready for shipping till today ( 19 th October ) . You cannot reach them over phone as they don’t provide.

I raised complaint ticket many times via their portal but you will bet the same automated message every time that someone will get in touch in 24 hours and then again a auto mail saying it will get resolved in 2/3 days time . They will never touch base with you. They have an online chat service and cannot get their response at all and I tried their what app help and again an automatic message will up asking to mail them !

Worst kind of customer support I have ever experience and I feel they are not a serious business firm....
I have ordered on 21st December 2021 and I received it on 25th December 2021 When i have opened box it’s totally different plant instead of i have ordered. I have complained about it on their mailing address many times.

But they don’t bother about my complaints they didn’t respond about it i am so helpless please help me....

I have place order on 1st Nov, absolutely no response from company neither they have bothered. Online chat total waste, no phone number to contact. After lot of complaint plant got delivered on 4th December on pathetic stage.

Fraud organization. My sincere request please don't waste your money time and energy....

Hello, Myself Ajit Basnaik. Yesterday I was ordered plant on Nurserylive website. My Order number was NLV[Protected]. I did online payment for that. It costs Rs.1227. But I want some changes in my order but there is no option for that or I just want cancel my order and get a refund. It seems to be a fake fraud company.

There is no way to contact them and they had a wrong contact number and I didn't get any reply from their side. so i just want to cancel this order and get a refund....

My order of Rs. 199 with Nurserylive for plants was cancelled by them on 23/08/2021 without citing any reason. I am still waiting for the refund & they are not responding to my emails as attached....

I have placed an order for eco-friendly ganesh on seeing their tall promise of delivery the item well before the festival and paid online an amount of Rs 673.15 and my order no was NLV[Protected]dated 5th september 2021. After placing my order i have tried to contact them to ensure.

Whether they will be able to keep up their promise of delivering the item on time. But they have not responded in spite of my numerous mails and finally it was delivered on 10/09/2021 6 pm . The receiver was shocked to see the ganpathy murthy broken into pieces . Now when i try to contact them they are not responding.

This site is a fake one. I appeal to all my fellow consumers not to fall prey to their fake offers of discounts and other tempting offers. Till the customer places the order they keep calling you or email you , and once the order is placed they don't respond. Further they have a tie up with a 3rd class courier company.

Which also appears to be a fake in serving their customers. I feel cheated and intend to proceed against them legally and through various social networks. I appear to one & all of my fellow consumers not to fall prey to this website www.nurserylive.in and loose your precious and hard earned money....
I paid for 3 plants which they never bothered to deliver, after 2 months they sent me plants which were already in a bad condition. What's the use?They asked to return and they never sent the order again nor did they refund.

They are never available to answer you on chat. No phone number to follow. In the ne of saving greenery, let's not make way for such cheaters and fraudsters....

Order the plants on 15th Aug, 2021 but today is 31st Aug,2021. Paid the amount INR 1237.40. As per the information while ordering plant they should dispatch within 3 to 5 days and as per the shipping policy information it should dispatch within 7 working days.

Sent many mails to nurserylive.com and requested for the status of the order and sent messages in the customer care chat about my plants current status but no response received from them.

I need my plants or cancel my order and need my paid amount. And also some action to be taken care on this company as customers are facing much trouble due to their carelessness. This not the way business should run....

I had placed an order on 22nd July and not received my order till today 24 August. The app and tracking details is showing that the order is delivered and I had not received my order.Not received any confirmation email of placing order till 22nd August in app tracking details.

Was showing that it is dispatched and 24 it had shown delivered. Moreover I am not able to contact Nurserylive . I left many messages but I didn’t get any reply from Nurserylive....
