Order the plants on 15th Aug, 2021 but today is 31st Aug,2021. Paid the amount INR 1237.40. As per the information while ordering plant they should dispatch within 3 to 5 days and as per the shipping policy information it should dispatch within 7 working days.
Sent many mails to nurserylive.com and requested for the status of the order and sent messages in the customer care chat about my plants current status but no response received from them.
I need my plants or cancel my order and need my paid amount. And also some action to be taken care on this company as customers are facing much trouble due to their carelessness. This not the way business should run.
