For the first time I placed an order on nursery live website. Payment got debited and order got failed hence I placed another order and the amount got debited again.I thought for the failed order payment would be credited back however it wasn't credited as the payment made through simple application I contacted them and was advised it would be credited back within given time as the order got failed and I got my order delivered for one of the payment made.
Out of no where failed order was showing as pending status. I requested to cancel the order however I was told I didn't contact within turn around time but i didn't get any update through SMS regarding same informing order is pending and confirmed. Delivery guy 2nd time arrived at door without any intimation for the duplicate order.
I informed order was failed I didn't request to deliver and duplicate order wasn't taken by me. If it's a system glitch duplicate order still shouldn't be delivered. Now I'm in Loss of that duplicate order. I wasn't provided any refund . My 1st experience was pathetic. Please I request you to refund the amount for duplicate order and do the needful.original order plants are also delivered dead Kindly look in to it.
