NoBroker took 23000 rs to do khata transfer and for the last 4 months,nothing processed. Now when I'm asking for a refund of my money, No Broker is not responding to mail or calls. Don't believe in any big amount transaction with no broker. They are good when small services like home cleaning, sending plumbers and etc. services.

Packers & movers vendor assigned by NoBroker have brought a small vehicle that cannot even carry half of the items listed in the quotation. No support from this company even after multiple calls. Their vendor didn't bring any of the items promised - bubble wraps, safety crates for fragile items, etc. Packaging boxes were less, vehicle was too small.After few calls, Vendor took all the boxes and went away. No update about replacement, we were waiting with all the items lying around. Wasted our whole day with this. We had to move out of our current home today, and because of their unprofessional behaviour, we are not able to.

This is what exactly has happened, and must be a standard process of NoBroker :
1. Trap the customer with false promises
2. Once he/she is on boarded, make them pay the advance amount to book the service.
3. Assign unprofessional third party vendor for the service.
4. When the customer confronts, vendor will blame it on nobroker and after a couple of calls vice versa.
5. After multiple so-called "Support Calls", nobroker suggest to pay extra.

Now, we are left with no update from them.

We have arranged for movers in no broker chennai, for shifting inside the community. Firstly they have not send any vehicle , each person hd to carry one one item from one location to other. Secondary no carpenter is sent, we agreed to pay extra for then also they didn't sent and on top the amount is keep on increasing for each 15 minutes. All in all pathetic service and but money is taken in advance....

When u are an unsuspecting potential customer they promise you everything... and then you face reality. Booked them for a local moving job. Even bought insurance because we were assured there will be nothing to worry about. Local cargo company turns up.a small tempo instead of a truck. It got extended when they knew well enough society has rules that don't allow past 6pm. Had to ask to make exception.

Anyway all in all the move ended at midnight with half the stuff just dumped on the floor. Extensive damage worth over 75k. Several months back n forth messages later 3.5k insurance claim and then even assurances stopped to " we appreciate your messages. The insurance claim is all you'll get" pls feel free to message us for anything else....

I opted for Buyer's Paid Service with Nobrokers and was assigned Ms. Nandini as my Relationship Manager. While I don't have complaints against my RM, the attitude and approach of other RM. s representing Sellers and Field Relationship Managers ( whose job is to facilitate buyer seller meeting and property inspection) had been pathetic.

They kept cancelling property inspections several times without any communication. I got to know of cancellations only after reaching the property and that too only when I called to check the whereabouts of FRM.s who were supposed to be available at the spot. When questioned about lack of timely communication, their reply had been very casual with 'take it or leave it' tone.

Even my attempts to share my concerns with senior management has been futile. They flatly denied existence of any grievance mechanism and refused to share contact details of senior management. Instead, they connected me with another RM or the so called Team Lead to vent my anger instead of making any serious attempt to address my concerns or to improve their service. Overall a very bad experience given by Sridhar, Karthik, Suhal/Suhas- all Field Relationship Managers and Sunil, Dhanush & Divya- RM.s representing sellers....

I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the payment issue I faced while using the No Broker app. I had paid my rent through the app but it took a different account. I used the landlord's UPI ID( [Protected]@ybl) and provided the correct account details, but somehow it shows a different account number ([Protected], FDRL0007777) that I had used in a previous transaction.

I contacted customer care and updated the correct account information. However, I was recently informed that a fraudulent transaction was made and the amount got credited to a different account number, Bank Acc: [Protected]
Ifsc: UTIB0003365
​which I never provided.

I have attached screenshots of mails and audio records of my conversation with customer care. As per our investigation on phone pay (screenshot attached) and Google , the account belongs to Vaggu Srikanth, but I have no knowledge of this person or the account. Furthermore, I am also unable to log in to my No Broker account despite raising the issue with customer care and sending emails. This is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The total amount of Rs. 49,300 is blocked due to this issue, and I want it to be returned to my payment mode as soon as possible. This is a significant amount, and I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve this issue. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address my concerns at the earliest....

I have vacated the flat which I had taken on rent.Owner is telling me that the deposit amount is with Nobroker.But nobroker are not ready to refund the deposit amount....

We have provided advance while renting the house. As per agreement, within 10days we should get the advance money. Its been 25 days, there is no proper response from them. We have called and sent emails multiple times but no reply from them....

I had booked online Leave & Licese agreement service for my own flat on dt. 6.09.2022 & paid Rs. 411/-. Today nobroker site has informed that my booking is cancelled.
They have not refunded my booking amt. Rs. 411/- The concerned person from company mr. Arijit is not now informing anything.

On date 02/05/2022 I want to pay tuition fee of amount 30000. But amount debited from credit card and not receive in beneficiary account. Now its above one month Amount not refunded....
