I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the payment issue I faced while using the No Broker app. I had paid my rent through the app but it took a different account. I used the landlord's UPI ID( [Protected]@ybl) and provided the correct account details, but somehow it shows a different account number ([Protected], FDRL0007777) that I had used in a previous transaction.
I contacted customer care and updated the correct account information. However, I was recently informed that a fraudulent transaction was made and the amount got credited to a different account number, Bank Acc: [Protected]
Ifsc: UTIB0003365
which I never provided.
I have attached screenshots of mails and audio records of my conversation with customer care. As per our investigation on phone pay (screenshot attached) and Google , the account belongs to Vaggu Srikanth, but I have no knowledge of this person or the account. Furthermore, I am also unable to log in to my No Broker account despite raising the issue with customer care and sending emails. This is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The total amount of Rs. 49,300 is blocked due to this issue, and I want it to be returned to my payment mode as soon as possible. This is a significant amount, and I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve this issue. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address my concerns at the earliest.
