Packers & movers vendor assigned by NoBroker have brought a small vehicle that cannot even carry half of the items listed in the quotation. No support from this company even after multiple calls. Their vendor didn't bring any of the items promised - bubble wraps, safety crates for fragile items, etc. Packaging boxes were less, vehicle was too small.After few calls, Vendor took all the boxes and went away. No update about replacement, we were waiting with all the items lying around. Wasted our whole day with this. We had to move out of our current home today, and because of their unprofessional behaviour, we are not able to.
This is what exactly has happened, and must be a standard process of NoBroker :
1. Trap the customer with false promises
2. Once he/she is on boarded, make them pay the advance amount to book the service.
3. Assign unprofessional third party vendor for the service.
4. When the customer confronts, vendor will blame it on nobroker and after a couple of calls vice versa.
5. After multiple so-called "Support Calls", nobroker suggest to pay extra.
Now, we are left with no update from them.
Worst behaviour!!
