I have placed an order on 23rd September 2023,but I have not received it yet. There is no response from customer care. Please solve my issue orgive my money back...

I have made an order on 4th september and it was supposed to be delivered by 7th september. I still have not received the order yet and there is no proper response from their support team as well. Also, they have marked the order for out for delivery from 10 days so that I can't even cancel the order. My order ID is [Protected].

Actually I am using Myglam for the first time And i ordered a kajal, nail polish and Manish Malhotra lipstick which costed me only a rupees due to the offer....but still it i prepaid the amount of these all.And these all were to be delivered by 28th of September but they didn't and the next day was onam and in kerala all kinds of business will be on holiday....one day was understandable.

Then they send me a msg that the delivery man was unable to reach me so they will deliver it on 30th of September. And like these two days passed.And today it is 1st and still nothing I am rly disappointed with this app, I even called all kinds of customer care and all no response I think my money is wasted....

My glamm is offering any product @ rs 01/-. but you need to order minimum of Rs. 198/- for free delivery. I ordered two items worth Rs 01 & 298/- they delivered rs 298/- product and disappeared. Now they are not delivering my 01/- Rs product. Product was of manish malhotra. Both are fraud manish malhotra & my glamm....

As i have cancelled my 3 order but i haven't got any refunds. It has been 48hrs and i am waiting for my refund i request you to please check on my order id for refund as follows:

I cancelled a product but didn't received any message regarding if the refund is initiated or what?

I tried contacting my glamm support service at first they told me to wait for 7 days then i waited for 7 days after 7 days now i contacted them for the same they told me that the payment wasn't successful they are actually lying about it, cause i received a mail from the time I ordered saying the payment is successful i can attach the proof below,

They are not ready to refund my money now after me canceling the product. Customer care support are so misleading when i asked the proof of whatever they are claiming they send me a screen shot without date, time and my order I'd written on it, how can they say that it's my payment when i already received a mail from them saying payment confirmed from the time i ordered the product....

I oder for product from myglam worth 345 and got discount. I made payment of 99 Rs and amount got deducted from my savings account. But got message from myglam that the payment has not gone through I haven't received any such message. Neither the amount was refunded to my account. Why should I make another payment l....

I have ordered some products from Myglamm on 26 August 2022. My money got deducted from my account but my order was not placed it says that it will refund to me back but I didn't get my refund money back yet....

Hi i have purchased myglamm product and i called myglamm customer care mob no ([Protected]) and guy received i asked for help he took my order no and then toldme to provide gpay no so that money can be refunded i gave gpay no den he told to download refund app, there is no such app, i told y i should download it, then he went very personal and he told a very bad comment i cannot even share it. I want a strict action against this or i wil make a police complaint regarding myglamm company. I want this man to be punished. Also i want my product to be returned. ...

I ordered the product 27 April 2022 from myglamm (which was an eyes hadow palette). The product was found to be damaged and used then i placed a return of the product.

The terms and condition states that the product can only be refunded if out of stalk and it was out of stalk at that moment. Instead of refund the company gave me coupon and when i approached to customer care service they simply said it can't be refunded as it was COD.

And nothing such was return in their terms and condition. please help me to get my refund of the product i returned....
