I ordered the product 27 April 2022 from myglamm (which was an eyes hadow palette). The product was found to be damaged and used then i placed a return of the product.
The terms and condition states that the product can only be refunded if out of stalk and it was out of stalk at that moment. Instead of refund the company gave me coupon and when i approached to customer care service they simply said it can't be refunded as it was COD.
And nothing such was return in their terms and condition. please help me to get my refund of the product i returned.
