I cancelled a product but didn't received any message regarding if the refund is initiated or what?
I tried contacting my glamm support service at first they told me to wait for 7 days then i waited for 7 days after 7 days now i contacted them for the same they told me that the payment wasn't successful they are actually lying about it, cause i received a mail from the time I ordered saying the payment is successful i can attach the proof below,
They are not ready to refund my money now after me canceling the product. Customer care support are so misleading when i asked the proof of whatever they are claiming they send me a screen shot without date, time and my order I'd written on it, how can they say that it's my payment when i already received a mail from them saying payment confirmed from the time i ordered the product.
