Ordered bouquet for Mother day. Delivered late, wrong flowers and rotten as well. I claimed a refund and they are denying it...

I ordered three items from myflower tree website yesterday and amount was INR 1946 but those items still not delivered I asked for my refund but there is no respond from them. I am sure they are frauds please take action....

My order id is 1057247 which was placed on 29th June for a pinata cake. It was supposed to be delivered to my nephew in Udaipur on 30th June between 8am - 12 pm but never got delivered.

Myflowertree representative called in late evening saying refund can be given in my wallet but I asked them to give it in source account of payment. They asked me to lodge a complaint through their system only where I tried but their Order id box does not show my recent order at all and it doesn’t allow me to go further to claim refund.

So in short, when I call them, they say lodge a complaint Through their link and in that link, I cannot proceed further as my customer id is not showing. I am going in circles and not receiving any refund.

Amount is 3750/- myflowertree is not giving me any email address either where I can lodge a complaint. All they say is we will get back to you but never do I receive any email or phone call from them.

Every day, only standard answer is that lodge a complaint, when I tell them, I am having issue as their complaint form is not allowing me to lodge as order id is not showing and I cannot proceed further then their standard reply is that they will inform technical team and get back to me.

Order was placed on 29th June and today it is 8th July and still I am following up for my own money. This is a cheat and fraud. Please help me get back my money....

Ordered items for birthday gift as same day delivery option on 24th April status showing delivered. But actually it is not delivered. For last many days calling customer care but they not responding.

Everytime while calling customer care they say we will contact soon. But till now no solution happened....

They have taken money and promised to deliver on the same and for the same they have charged extra also But no delivery was delivered within promised time, infact no delivery was made from them and money has been taken.

Worst part is the order was on special valentine day for my wife, as it was our 1st valentine day. They played with our money and feelings. Ban this company and please help us in getting money back from them with interest....

I ordered a gift from myflowertree.com and pay online for 13 Feb. and its 14 Feb. They didn't deliver yet. and Also not giving my Money Back...

On 9th Feb, 2022 I had placed an order for a bonsai tree (named token of flora on the website) priced Rs 1499. I was allowed to select the same date for delivery and allowed to specify a time slot which I selected as 11AM to 2 PM.

I made the payment using my credit card and received an sms confirming my purchase. However I did not receive the order till date. And inspite of several attempts, I have not been able to reach the customer care number specified.

When I reported the issue on their page on the social media platform Instagram my comments were repeated deleted. When I messaged them on the same social media platform I kept receiving automated responses saying they are not available at the moment.

I could see other people commenting that they have been defrauded as well - however there comments were deleted immediately too. It seems it is impossible to reach these people and they have created this fraudulent website only to swindle money out of people.

Multiple consumers have reported that they have not received their orders in spite of full payment (just like me) and repeatedly these thieves keep deleting any such comments from their social media site.

You to kindly take stern action against these fraudsters and immediately put a stop to this fraudulent site. This is a bogus ecommerce site which takes money from people and does not deliver products or help customers with refund for undelivered goods.

Please shut the website down and ensure proper punishment to these swindlers operating the site....

They took my money to deliver some gift to my wife. I am unable to connect with them now and my order has not been delivered yet. I want a refund my money and they should take down their website so that no one again can be fooled like me....

Ordered a cake for same day delivery on [Protected]for my grandmother's birthday. The site promised delivery between 18:00 to 21:00 hours on [Protected]but failed to do so... Hence I asked for a refund, but company still not resolving the complaint... Kindly help......

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED AND THAT TOO AFTER 55 HOURS AND DELIVERY WAS FREE BUT COMPANY CHARGED 99 EXTRA rS FROM ME.I WANT MY REFUND BACK as i am disturbed that what product i ordered and whatever delivered by company is different and the intend of delivery after 55 hours got wasted therefore i need my full money refund....
