My order id is [Protected]which was placed on 29th June for a pinata cake. It was supposed to be delivered to my nephew in Udaipur on 30th June between 8am - 12 pm but never got delivered.

Myflowertree representative called in late evening saying refund can be given in my wallet but I asked them to give it in source account of payment. They asked me to lodge a complaint through their system only where I tried but their Order id box does not show my recent order at all and it doesn’t allow me to go further to claim refund.

So in short, when I call them, they say lodge a complaint Through their link and in that link, I cannot proceed further as my customer id is not showing. I am going in circles and not receiving any refund.

Amount is 3750/- myflowertree is not giving me any email address either where I can lodge a complaint. All they say is we will get back to you but never do I receive any email or phone call from them.

Every day, only standard answer is that lodge a complaint, when I tell them, I am having issue as their complaint form is not allowing me to lodge as order id is not showing and I cannot proceed further then their standard reply is that they will inform technical team and get back to me.

Order was placed on 29th June and today it is 8th July and still I am following up for my own money. This is a cheat and fraud. Please help me get back my money.
