I have ordered 2 facewash one of them was smelling like fungus and affected my skin with darkness and pimple as the product was not expired , I sent an email to them along with all the details and attachments of invoices after few days they promised me to refund and told me submit invoice and I did it.

After few days of wait I tried to follow up and they send reference id which was fake and even after 10 days they haven't made a refund and blaming on bank as bank said no refund was made by them. Even after several follow up it feels like customer harassment they are not even ready to give refund and just telling me to wait. Its high time now. The smell of the product was so bad like a stale food with fungus , I had very bad experience.

I had to waste my half an hour everyday to followup on the same but they dont even value the time of customers. And that is not at all acceptable and very disgusting. I have gone through few complaints on this platform which are also same as mine that they have been provided with false reference id of refund and fakes it that they have made a refund. The company is fooling customers shamelessly....

Ordered few products worth Rs.854 from mcaffiene on 24thAugust wanted to gift for Rakhi..delivery date given was 27th August..but they didnt delivered the product at all...finally i asked for return so they said 1st order has to be cancelled for refund so i mailed to cancel so i receive my money back..but till date no money has been refunded only fraud mails with false reference Id..which my bank denied of genuinty.I even mailed them bank statement showing no money received but no reply only old mails repeatedly sent.

IF I call customer service everytime they give some vague reason and the call is done.Today o told customer service person to make me speak to some high authoritiesbut no one came online and was give assurance will call..but no response call from their side..very bad customer services and i Think founder Tarun Sharma is making money in such a way doing frauds and cheating people and keeping their money...very bad experience never buy from.mcaffiene they are not at all prompt and i feel its fraud too they way they not refunding my money and giving me false mails.As today is almost 15 days and have lost hopes..as frauds and cheaters dont give money back.mcaffiene os one of them Never buy from.this company....

I ordered a face wash from mcaffeine and my order id was 1077906 i wanted to return the product but they refused to accept it and told us they don't have return or cancel policy.

The product has harmed my skin so badly. After telling my problem to mcaffeine they refuse to provide us any help. The website doesn’t have a exchange return or cancellation policy.

They told us its none of there business once you have purchased the product its your problem not us. I want you to help us. They ignored our problem. They even told us they can’t help us in any way.

I have mailed at there mail id about 5 to 6 times and more than that but no solution. Kindly help me with this matter i want to make other people aware as they don't have a return or exchange or cancellation policy.

I got Mcaffeine naked and raw coffee face serum in February 2021 and I started to use it a lot later, the serum stings when applied on the skin and every time I used the serum for few days I always used to get pimples and I only understood that the serum is causing pimples because I only started to get pimples right.

After starting to use the mcaffeine naked and raw coffee face serum and pimples went away slowly after several days of treatment only after stopping the use of the coffee serum. I read through many online reviews after my experience and found out that same thing has been happening to many other mcaffeine naked and raw coffee face serum use.

The company promises so many skin benefits but people are getting pimples and skin irritation after using this coffee serum. It should be banned. The manufacturing date is 12 -2020 and the expiry date on the serum bottle is 11-2022. So the product isn't expired. Even my sister tried the serum and she also experienced the same.

The serum's cost is Rs. 645 but the cost of treating the pimples we got from is a lot more than Rs 645. The brand should keep a check of their products and its making. The defects of the products can cause a lot of money and emotional harm to the consumer....
