I have ordered 2 facewash one of them was smelling like fungus and affected my skin with darkness and pimple as the product was not expired , I sent an email to them along with all the details and attachments of invoices after few days they promised me to refund and told me submit invoice and I did it.

After few days of wait I tried to follow up and they send reference id which was fake and even after 10 days they haven't made a refund and blaming on bank as bank said no refund was made by them. Even after several follow up it feels like customer harassment they are not even ready to give refund and just telling me to wait. Its high time now. The smell of the product was so bad like a stale food with fungus , I had very bad experience.

I had to waste my half an hour everyday to followup on the same but they dont even value the time of customers. And that is not at all acceptable and very disgusting. I have gone through few complaints on this platform which are also same as mine that they have been provided with false reference id of refund and fakes it that they have made a refund. The company is fooling customers shamelessly.
