I have normal skin , yesterday for one of my friends wedding i used mama earth foundation only , after two hours of application severe itching started , my face turned red , became fully swollen , i consulted cutis doctor today she also confirmed this is only because pf mama earth foundation.

She gave me tablets and cooling lotion , this itching and burning is very painful, how can mama earth products are this worst , i have all proofs i will surely take legal action against this , non of the make up products does this , that too foundation is still not expired , its expiry date is 2025.Kindly take action against this and resolve my issue . I have all photos and proofs If you want i can show you that also....

I got call they said all detail of last purches mamaeartg brand product and billing adress to gain trust and i made mistake i fallow their instruction to get 50% discount on purches of 5000 rupees product and the money transfer to their on acount because mamaearth payement is nit taking above 5000 they said u can pay with upi or internet banking i choose internet bamking made payment of rupees 5057 and they said make payment of rupees gst amount 16000 tp get free gift i phone laptob refrigerator ex and when i ask tovreturne my money i dont want any gift once again thry make me fool. They said we can returne only on upi adres like amazine pay paytm phine me google pay i choose amazone pay and they instruct me to their aciunt number and. And said put your name. U will get this amount and make payment once again they said it gone mistake make ine mire payment i make once again10114 ruees amiunt to get back make three times payment total rupees 20000 and above i call 1930 to make cyber conplaint but they are no service helping us i went local ps too they also refuse to take complaint .their number fake caller.[Protected]....

I have ordered some products from mamaearth and after two days i canceled the order. But the delivery agent delivered the parcel to some other place in my neighborhood without taking my permission.

When I want to call to the customer care no-one is picking my calls when I chat with customer care they said as this non returnable and you received the parcel we can't do anything.

When i haven't received the parcel how can they say like this. please help me to get my money back....

I have received a call that I have been selected among one of the lucky customers. I paid 5000 to them and then they asked me to pay more 11701 which they have not informed me earlier.

Now they are not returning my 5000 when I asked for it !...

I have been using this product from last 2 months and instead of getting hairs. I go inflammation and itchiness in the scalp. Due to which more hair loss is happening...

I am selected for gift for my last shopping in mamaearth. For this i have to shop for 4999 and i will be eligible for gift. they offered me a television, iphone12, refrigerator, air conditioner, laptop.

I shopped for 5023 and i lost that amount. Call made by [Protected],[Protected]. I mode payment in yes bank account no. 0[Protected]ifsc YESB0000002. They give me bill also of mamaearth for iphone.

With all details. They asked me submit gst for the bill. I refuse it. But i lost my 5023 rupees. Please help. These fraudsters must be punished as money is very hard to earn please help help fraudster must be put in jail.

Please do the needful punish them. Punish them help all innocent people....

I had ordered products from Mamaearth during Buy 1 get 1 sale. I had placed 3 orders out of which only one was delivered after so much of requesting and rest of the orders were not delivered for many days. Now that orders are automatically cancelled and customer care is giving fake reasons like my delivery area is out of service.

Or each person is eligible to place single order during sale. Also they said I can pick up my order from a place which is in other city. I am annoyed because in all this I was hopeful that they will respond positively however conversation with them traumatized me. They were not at all ready for delivering products. I

I am really exhausted and wasted my time talking customer care executives. So in order to help some other ignorant future customers I wanted that mamaearth should pay some compensation amount alongwith refund as soon as possible.

When I asked for compensation amount they said they have no such policy. Please help me against their torture....

Mama earth hair oil is attracting insects and red ants ,even after complaint no action taken and was made humiliating remarks over my mail. Tonight all my bedding's and pillows are filled with red ants, when I went to sleep being unaware of same and was biten all over my face and Hair.

I am really Harassed over nite sitting with ants and insects all over the place near my pillows which were attracted due to your Mama Earth onion oil in.
