I had ordered products from Mamaearth during Buy 1 get 1 sale. I had placed 3 orders out of which only one was delivered after so much of requesting and rest of the orders were not delivered for many days. Now that orders are automatically cancelled and customer care is giving fake reasons like my delivery area is out of service.
Or each person is eligible to place single order during sale. Also they said I can pick up my order from a place which is in other city. I am annoyed because in all this I was hopeful that they will respond positively however conversation with them traumatized me. They were not at all ready for delivering products. I
I am really exhausted and wasted my time talking customer care executives. So in order to help some other ignorant future customers I wanted that mamaearth should pay some compensation amount alongwith refund as soon as possible.
When I asked for compensation amount they said they have no such policy. Please help me against their torture.
