I have ordered some products from mamaearth and after two days i canceled the order. But the delivery agent delivered the parcel to some other place in my neighborhood without taking my permission.
When I want to call to the customer care no-one is picking my calls when I chat with customer care they said as this non returnable and you received the parcel we can't do anything.
When i haven't received the parcel how can they say like this. please help me to get my money back.
