I have purchased one saari through online mode from linen saari vide order I'd no 0[Protected]but when I received the product it’s quality was very inferior and sub standard so I wrote to the company for return and refund for my money for the product but to my surprise they straight away denied for return and stated that the product is same what u ordered so cannot return and refund ur amount.

I am writing the mails to them stating that I am returning the item because of the quality of the product which is very inferior and sub standard and which can only to known after physical receiving of the item and not on looks basis, but they only give the reason that we have delivered what u ordered so cannot return/refund the amount.

I request you to kindly help me out in this matter as company is placing cheap tactics and cheating the customers by refusing to return and refund and money without any valid reasons....

They have given the worst product. Now they don't reply for return. Took money. This is unfair. This is cheating...

I have ordered 4 sarees on 19th January. I have not received any confirmation message or mail from their side. I have paid also. I wasted my money. Still I am waiting for my parcel....

I have ordered from this facebook page -linen sarees which has same address as global sarees, they have sent a very cheap product worth low quality my order number is 1566 worth INR 2699.

As per there refund policy it can be exchanged within 7 days...but now they are stating that we send what is ordered. I have started mailing them from the day o received the product but no response from their call centre.

The running 3 to 4 pages from same address Linen saree, Global saree and Royal saree. We need to take serious action against them, I have written some 45 to 47 mails. Writing on whats app number provided but still no response.

They have literally harassed me. as consumer I request strict action should be taken against them. I have clicked screenshot of addresses, products, number etc. Attached PFA....
