I have purchased one saari through online mode from linen saari vide order I'd no 0[Protected]but when I received the product it’s quality was very inferior and sub standard so I wrote to the company for return and refund for my money for the product but to my surprise they straight away denied for return and stated that the product is same what u ordered so cannot return and refund ur amount.

I am writing the mails to them stating that I am returning the item because of the quality of the product which is very inferior and sub standard and which can only to known after physical receiving of the item and not on looks basis, but they only give the reason that we have delivered what u ordered so cannot return/refund the amount.

I request you to kindly help me out in this matter as company is placing cheap tactics and cheating the customers by refusing to return and refund and money without any valid reasons.
