I have ordered from this facebook page -linen sarees which has same address as global sarees, they have sent a very cheap product worth low quality my order number is 1566 worth INR 2699.
As per there refund policy it can be exchanged within 7 days...but now they are stating that we send what is ordered. I have started mailing them from the day o received the product but no response from their call centre.
The running 3 to 4 pages from same address Linen saree, Global saree and Royal saree. We need to take serious action against them, I have written some 45 to 47 mails. Writing on whats app number provided but still no response.
They have literally harassed me. as consumer I request strict action should be taken against them. I have clicked screenshot of addresses, products, number etc. Attached PFA.

Reply I order a different saree but they send different saree with very poor quality and which is not at all linen fabric. I try to contact them for return but they can not reply.
Very worst and bad. Too mch fraud. Whn asking for return no response. Company shd shut dwn
Fraud.. Kindlh donot get from thi site.. When we ask return no response.. Shut this down!
This is fraud company. They will send you same looking product but synthetic Not linen at all. And they don’t return or refund. Low life fraud
Please do not purchase from www.linensari.com. This is a fraud site. they will show you another product and will send you extremely cheap version of that product. they will not take there product back and your money will be wasted. they have cheated me save yourself from them.
They sell low qualtiy product and do not accept returns. Fraud website.
