All service providers are useless .Whenever we contact with them ...they never bother to resolve our problem ...Not even a single time they heard our problem seriously .They always used to attend the call ...but never tried to resolve the problem ...on daily basis we faced a lot of problems.

No one is there ...All service providers always used to ignore all the complaints .That's why we will not continue this Jio fiber net plan ...totally worthless net and useless service provider ....No proper schemes as other networks provides .....we want proper resolution ...we never expect this type of facilitation from jio....

Since last two months i am struggling with jio fiber 00[Protected]issue.It is not working. I scheduled service appointment many times but no body showed up. Only, i used to get fake messages from customer service stating that engineer visit is scheduled, then issue is resolved messages or engineer unable to access property, but in reality engineer/ technician never visited the property and there was no real work.

After repeated service requests and no real resolution i got from my neighbor the jio fiber technician number on my own and requested the technician personally to visit my property. After repeated personal request he visited the property and found that due to rain water the jio fiber external box is not working and it need replacement.He told me to raise new service request, so that he will replace new box.

I called the customer service and they told me to pay first the pending monthly bill for the internet which i never used and then they will resolve the issue asap. Anyhow, i paid the bill but the issue is still not resolve and again i started getting same fake engineer visits and resolution messages.Now the technician also stop picking my call.

I am in big deliemma and jio customer service again start sending me messages to pay bill as month end is approaching. So, i am paying them for free. Please help me as there is no one to hear customers problem in jio. It' s the worst company i had ever encountered....

I have taken jiofiber connection on feb 5th and used trail package. Trail package is basically free of charge if we dont like at the end of usage of 30 days if we can cancel the connection within 30 days then full refund will be processed for the security deposit that we paid initially. I taken connection on feb 5th and cancelled on march 1st. As per their policy the refund will be processed within 7-14 working days but its been more than 3months now still they have not yet processed my refund.when i contact the customer care they are just responding with useless responses. I need my refund back. I have paid 2500 in total. I have called customer care more than 15 times in past 3 months regarding this issue and i have also mailed them bt still no valid response. Please help me to get back my hard earned money....

I had cancelled my jiofiber connection before 30 days free trial, the device pickup was done after 1 week of installation, But now it has been 25 days but i haven't received a single penny....

MY JIO FIBRE NUMBER is +[Protected]. I have complied customer care to change password since last 7 days but from their side only they are wasting my time. Not solving the issue.

The company is just fooling the customer. I have also complained through email but still not resolved. The company only knows to take the customer's first money....

I had requested for a service as my internet was not working. So the next day a technician had visited my place and spend 2 hours doing god knows what he was cutting the wiring and joining it again and again.

And after spending full 2 hours and wasting my time only he tells me that their is some wiring issue so i will have to change the whole wiring it was only 5:30 pm he was like ill come tomorrow i was like okay.

The next day he started to ignore my calls and didn't come i tried reaching the jio team 10 times but no response i worked from home at this time and i needed wifi connection for my work due to this worst service i had missed so many of my important meetings.

I tried calling jio everyday for continuously 5 days daily and i would get only one thing one answer that it would be resolved in 24 hours. But its been more than a week and no response.

It is equivalent to harassing the customer. Even if u get a product for free also u don't get such bad experience. The worst experience ever....

Hi team i had Jio fiber installed and i have relocated in a different location and there Jio service is not available. So i had to cancel the service i did that in the first last week of April and the technician was suppose to visit and collect the device.

Its been one month and none showed up. I call the customer care team almost after everyday and appointment gets fixed but no one turns out i even called in the Nodal officer team Sandeep was the guy who was handling my issue even he is a bulshit even he could not fix my issue....

Sir/Madam, I registered and then paid an amount of ₹1500 for a JioFiber connection on [Protected]. After receiving hundreds of appointment dates and the rescheduling for reasons unknown to me, they eventually cancelled my connection and said that it was done "as per my request" which is absolutely false claim.
I contacted the customer care services more than 20 times but to no avail. They would only set up more appointment dates for the installation until they cancelled it altogether.

Initially, I was willing to wait for the refund but to have a broadband internet connection installed at my place was my primary concern. So, i applied all over again that too 2-3 times. I haven't heard from Jio ever since.

About the refund, on 04-03-2022, they said via twitter that it shall be done within 10 days. But i did not receive any amount as of now.

This has not only been ridiculously annoying and mentally exhausting but also an absolute wastage of my time and money.

I demand a compensation from Jio for all the inconvenience I was put through, as well as the installation of JioFiber at my place as soon as possible. I might as well visit and register a complaint in consumer court too....

It has became no a ritual, everyday there is some problem with the internet, and worst part is no one there to actually resolve the issue. I am stock trader a little lag of connection can make anyone broke, this happened with me two times.

First day when wifi gone down sudden. I lost 10 k and next day there wasn't connection from morning. Atleast they can pre inform us regarding any issue so that we can be prepare.

A local wifi helps everytime even though they are not professional but jio is pathetic, they don't take care of their customers, i want my compensation and also two days worth of data. Today its still not working. There many tweets regarding this issue....

My jio fiber device was picked up by service engineer on 19 Feb 2022 but I have yet not received my security deposit...
