Sir/Madam, I registered and then paid an amount of ₹1500 for a JioFiber connection on [Protected]. After receiving hundreds of appointment dates and the rescheduling for reasons unknown to me, they eventually cancelled my connection and said that it was done "as per my request" which is absolutely false claim.
I contacted the customer care services more than 20 times but to no avail. They would only set up more appointment dates for the installation until they cancelled it altogether.
Initially, I was willing to wait for the refund but to have a broadband internet connection installed at my place was my primary concern. So, i applied all over again that too 2-3 times. I haven't heard from Jio ever since.
About the refund, on 04-03-2022, they said via twitter that it shall be done within 10 days. But i did not receive any amount as of now.
This has not only been ridiculously annoying and mentally exhausting but also an absolute wastage of my time and money.
I demand a compensation from Jio for all the inconvenience I was put through, as well as the installation of JioFiber at my place as soon as possible. I might as well visit and register a complaint in consumer court too....
