I have taken jiofiber connection on feb 5th and used trail package. Trail package is basically free of charge if we dont like at the end of usage of 30 days if we can cancel the connection within 30 days then full refund will be processed for the security deposit that we paid initially. I taken connection on feb 5th and cancelled on march 1st. As per their policy the refund will be processed within 7-14 working days but its been more than 3months now still they have not yet processed my refund.when i contact the customer care they are just responding with useless responses. I need my refund back. I have paid 2500 in total. I have called customer care more than 15 times in past 3 months regarding this issue and i have also mailed them bt still no valid response. Please help me to get back my hard earned money.
