I had requested for a service as my internet was not working. So the next day a technician had visited my place and spend 2 hours doing god knows what he was cutting the wiring and joining it again and again.
And after spending full 2 hours and wasting my time only he tells me that their is some wiring issue so i will have to change the whole wiring it was only 5:30 pm he was like ill come tomorrow i was like okay.
The next day he started to ignore my calls and didn't come i tried reaching the jio team 10 times but no response i worked from home at this time and i needed wifi connection for my work due to this worst service i had missed so many of my important meetings.
I tried calling jio everyday for continuously 5 days daily and i would get only one thing one answer that it would be resolved in 24 hours. But its been more than a week and no response.
It is equivalent to harassing the customer. Even if u get a product for free also u don't get such bad experience. The worst experience ever.
