My name is Shibin Thomas, and I am writing to inform you about an issue with my OnePlus Y Series 108 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV. A few days ago, I noticed a problem with the color light on the display. As the TV is still under warranty, I am requesting a replacement for the defective unit. It has not come here technician till now....

I bought a new one plus TV from Flipkart 9-5-2023 and it working in 2 weeks only I have complained many times Jeeves Customer Care It has been 5 months since no one came all ready i pay 2000 insurance for 2 years....

I have give the give to Jeeves teachin and they said it will not take more than 3 day the issue inside the pannel Ant was filled and it need to be cleaned ... I had extended warranty hence I had given the tv but till now I dint see any update and the call center persine says that I have to wait till 21 working days which I was not informed when at the pick up . And now when I ask the call center also don't know what is the update and the number of thechins manager is invalid and I'm not able to contact any one . I'm clue less....

I raised the complaint against iffalcon LED tv (display not come ) on May 4th 2023 , your person come and collect the tv . After that they said the tv is not repairable so they said for a refund , but still I'm not get any refund, while calling the customer care they not responding the status.

After that i mailed to support @jeeves.co.in they also not responding still i had extended warranty till next year for that product....

HI Jeeves, Flipkart & One plus.
IT’S BEEN A MONTH AND MY ISSUES STILL NOT RESOLVED YET. I ordered TV on 18 October 2021 from Flipkart and installed on 22 October 2021 same date I was taken 3 years extended warranty plan Jeeves. My One plus TV have display issues that’s why I reached to Jeeves customer service on 24th Apr’23 and they send Technician on 28th Apr’23. He checked and said TV Panel is under brand warranty, so Jeeves Technician said he is raising complain with One plus (Case id – JCRO-DPQD3E-QODKL6-TW0MON-K3T67OM) already attached which technician shared me.

After 15th Apr’23 daily basis I am calling Jeeves customer service they said it will update in next 2 days but today on 24th May’23 called Jeeves customer service they said you have to connect with One plus we have already shared your information with One plus and they provided One plus customer service number. I connect with One plus customer Service and they replied we will not entertain Jeeves complaint. we have no collaboration with Jeeves. You have to pay Service charge 944 INR along with transportation charges.

When I purchased the TV from Flipkart it offer the extended warranty through Jeeves hence it’s not my concern whether One plus & Jeeves have collaboration or not. I have purchased and paid 2499 INR for the extended warranty. Again contacted Jeeves customer service and they replied, you pay service charge & transportation to One plus team and share all bills (invoice) along with your bank details on [PROTECTED]@Jeeves.co.in and we will refund your amount.

I don’t want to pay anything requesting Jeeves to take the action at the earliest for the repair of the TV. It’s been going on over a month. Flipkart team – I was also connected with Flipkart care they raised concern on feedback team. Why Jeeves is your service partner I have seen Jeeves provide such as facility on new products even they have no collaboration with One plus. Requesting to all close my request as soon as possible.

I've bought an extended warranty of 3 years for Nokia LlED 65" TV and raised a complaint on Mar 23 2023 as the TV isn't working. Jeeves customer support has sent a technician who examined and informed us that the TV is not gonna work anymore and he tried to reach the tech support team of Jeeves and the tech support team has informed the technician to leave the place by marking as the ticket as resolved and I heard this as the technicians call was on speaker.

However the conversation continued with the customer support for 1 month with 3 inspections and finally they have changed the status to refund on April 22 2023. A superior agent from Jeeves called us and informed that it would take 5 business days to get the refund once after the TV is picked up from my place. It took more than 10 days for them to collect the TV that too after having conversation with support for atleast 10 times. On May 3rd their agent has picked up the TV from my place and as per the policy and the info that was provided by Jeeves it must take 5 days for the refund. And today it's May 19th but there is no reply from the Jeeves even after multiple conversations with the customer support team.

On May 10th I received a call from the Jeeves superior agent and I was informed that there is an issue in sending a link on which customer should provide the bank details, due to this technical issue she asked me to send the bank details over an email , which I did immediately. In couple of days on May 12th I again received a call and she reconfirmed my bank details which I sent earlier and informed me that I would get the refund by coming Tuesday which is May 16th. With some relief I waited until May 17th and then called them back. IDK why but these guys started asking me to wait for 2 more business days to get the refund. It's almost 2 months since I raised the complaint and still there's no resolution.

It's absolutely very bad on Jeeves part. It's better if they close the business as they donot follow any of there policies. Shame on Jeeves for harrassing the customer's.Finally am about to raise a complaint against them in Consumer Court (Sanagareddy) tomorrow. I hope Jeeves get the little punishment they deserve in a means necessary for wasting customers time and efforts....

26 Feb 23 - No cooling , called jeeves due to extended warranty 3 years
27 Feb 23 - Jeeves Technician visited and suggested to wait for 7 - 10 days for fix Since Mar 12 '23 - I keep calling Jeeves and Flipkart with no solution in place. every time it is the same answer - wait for 2 days , it is still coming

On oct 2020 I bought TCL iffalconn TV from flipkart and also I purchases a plan of extend warranty from jeeves for 2 years. This year sep 2022 My TV panel was throwing lines and I raised a complaint against this issue, after that they picked my Tv and promised me like within 3 to 5 working day's we repair an give your Tv back since the Tv pannel was already ordered. But after one month of followup they said we are not able to repair we provide you a 80% of refund.

I also accept the sentence because of no option. Now the date is Dec 28 2022 nearly three and half months they haven't provided any refund. What kind of customer service is this ..... giving fake promises... really depressed more surely I make thus issue critical. My advise not to buy this kind of extended warranty. Thank you.....

I have extended warranty plan for my LG front load washing machine with this company and its been more than a month and they haven't resolved my issue.

They have sent their technicians twice but both time with the wrong product. Not able to resolve the issue even after so many requests and calls. Very very pathetic service providers. My complaint no is - CLCPQ0S0 8220556
AND Ticket No is - IN[Protected]

My complaint is registered since 5th of August....

I Complaint Jeeves for my Tv Display panel problem on 16th july and TV picked up on 19th july but today is 16th August and the customer service tells me that I wait for more 3 days and this excuse give me from past few days.. what I do .Help me please....
