Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd: My one plus Tv repair but not responding to me

I bought a new one plus TV from Flipkart [Protected]and it working in 2 weeks only I have complained many times Jeeves Customer Care It has been 5 months since no one came all ready i pay 2000 insurance for 2 years.
