This website seems to be a scam, do not order from them. Once the payment is done, they do not respond to the customer. They have ignored all my emails and WhatsApp msgs. They do not bother to reply at all, even after repeated attempts. I placed two orders with them a few days apart. The first one arrived, but was the wrong product. When I emailed and msged them to try and organise an exchange, they did not respond. They also kept declining my calls repeatedly. With the second order, it never arrived.

Again my emails and msgs were ignored. Finally, when I msged on instagram regarding my Order, (No.FNF5134#) they replied and first claimed it was delivered. Which I refuted. So they said they will check with DTDC, the courier company. After that, they went radio silent and stopped responding. There is simply no way to even communicate with them. I have told them to either deliver the product or issue a refund.

But if they do not even respond, what does the customer do? There are hundreds of complaints on this forum about the same problem, which means they are cheating everyone and need to be held accountable. Please help to resolve this....

I ordered one vintage shirt from this site on April 2nd but till today i haven't received the product yet. It's been already 2 months. I send lots of messages in WhatsApp as well as IG but their ignorance level is on another level. Once they said it's on custom clearance and said it will take 7 days.

I waited but no sign of my order. Again they send my order will be delivered within 5-6days, i waited but no sign of my order. I had made an order from there website for a Jenice Rhinestone round bag and paid online an amount of 2695.02 on their website on 24th Aug Since then there has been only one response from their support team and that too last month since then I have been sending DM’s, mailing their support team but to no avail.

It’s been well over 2 months now but I have no clue where my order is. Please look into the issue and punish these people for creating such mockery of someone else’s money and time let alone the emotional side of if since I purchased it for gifting purpose....

I have placed an order the website frenesi fashion house. Placed it on 20th june 2022 and the order isn't delivered yet generally their shipping time is 15-25days but its been a month now and they havent delivered it. My order was worth 2200 and i have tried contacting them through their whtasap but i have never received their replies same is the case with their emails.

Finally they have replied me through their instagram handle and said the order is at the custom and will get clear by next week i have asked them about the delivery proof and when my order will get deliverdd but they didnt reply.

Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud. I placed an order for heels worth Rs. 2700 on 21st April. I haven’t received any product till date. No reply from frenesi, NOTHING. This insta page needs to be taken down immediately !!! They are running cyber crime !!!

The owner, Tanvi is taking money and not replying to any messages or email’s sent on Frenesi support. Kindly take this complaint very seriously and help get solution here.

Ok So I can’t even bear to tell how frustrated I am right now !! I placed an order on 4th April, 2022. My order no is FNF3029#. They refuse to respond over whatsapp. forget about calls.

And just like me they probably treat their customers as beggars! You may keep asking/begging for info and they will just keep mum!! Essentially this is my last order from them.

And yeah well They say they deliver order within 25 working days? I got my international orders from United Kingdom shipped within 14 days ! And yeah even Ali baba is faster than them.
