I had made an order from there website for a Jenice Rhinestone round bag and paid online an amount of 2695.02 on their website on 24th Aug Since then there has been only one response from their support team and that too last month since then I have been sending DM’s, mailing their support team but to no avail.
It’s been well over 2 months now but I have no clue where my order is. Please look into the issue and punish these people for creating such mockery of someone else’s money and time let alone the emotional side of if since I purchased it for gifting purpose.
