I found the webaddress on Google and i applied through https://www.foodlicenceportal.org for FSSAI registraion. On the website where i didn't find that they are just an supporting agency Their site really looks like a govt owned site including swatch bharath logo. I just came to know that it is not a govt site only after the payment is done.So i request a refund....

I have paid 2000/- for new food licence thought it was a government site, but there's no process happen like documents verification anything, i have doubt that it is fake site because on email there's a person called omvin and i think it's fake I want refund. Please help me....

i had applied for food license on this website. I paid 5000 rupees for 5 years license. The GUI of this website looks like a government website. there is also a swacch bhsrat logo with photo of mahatama gandhi on the top. they dont even reply on their mobile or even email. please look into it. this is a fraud website....

I made a payment of Rs 2000 for FSSAI license on this portal and in next 5 hours I requested for cancellation. I didn’t provide any details to proceed with. When asked for refund they did only 400.

They stated the remaining money has been deducted for transaction charges, advertisement charges and other charges. No where in there refund policy they have mentioned about these charges except for transactional charges....

I tried emailing them and there is no resolution and only s standard response since last 2 months that we have forwarded to concerned departments like robot is replying. I tried to contact the number on their website ([Protected]) and no one picks up call on that number.

This looks 100% a fraud website imitating to be government authorized website with Swach Bharat logo and photo of Mahatma Gandhi. Please take legal action against these scammers and shut down their website so that they don't cheat other peoples ...

They have assured the food and safety license renewal for 2000rs through online and once the money paid asked for 6000 rs as extra charges and not giving reply to any phone calls or emails.

And not giving the refund also a person called me assured that there is no extra charges for this and now they asked double the amount....

I have paid them 22 July 2021 and now they are ignoring my mails not responding to me there number is [Protected]which is there on their site oi called them several times but the call disconnects automatically.

I want you to help because i cannot track them there address is also mentioned but i am from lko so i can not go there there office is in rajasthan omvin sagarkunj complex .

And they have only given reference id which is [Protected]sir i want my money back because they are doing fraud like this i trusted them so easily I request you to please track them....
