FoodLicensePortal.org: Fssai license

I found the webaddress on Google and i applied through https://www.foodlicenceportal.org for FSSAI registraion. On the website where i didn't find that they are just an supporting agency Their site really looks like a govt owned site including swatch bharath logo. I just came to know that it is not a govt site only after the payment is done.So i request a refund.
