I made a payment of Rs 2000 for FSSAI license on this portal and in next 5 hours I requested for cancellation. I didn’t provide any details to proceed with. When asked for refund they did only 400.
They stated the remaining money has been deducted for transaction charges, advertisement charges and other charges. No where in there refund policy they have mentioned about these charges except for transactional charges.
