On 10/5 2022 i purchased a beautiful Bluetooth dress from fihoaa.com my customer id - FH[Protected], my MAP id- 50782524 my tracking id - [Protected]and they send me wrong cheap kurta which i can't even give to my servant.

I lost my 1245, return my money i am very sad today, i tried to calling them on [Protected]but they are not responding their phone is switched off....

Unable to generate return request or any info on the website. The phone number given is fake as well. Request my money back. The amount was 1100/-. The shipment was delivered around 4th May 2022.

We have tried reaching in every possible way but not been successful. Really not sure how they operate business in this manner. This is a scam for sure and been trapped. Even a while back we have tried reaching out to them but no reply.

The number does not get through. No other ways to reach out. They are not there on FB too. When we try to login to the website, there is no OTP wch comes ever. Do let us know what other info is required to get this refund.

We can go till any extent to ensure such fraudsters are caught and people are not cheated.This is horrible and very sad to see this happens in India and the government does nothing at all to help its citizens.

Ordered suit charged 1199 cheap quality shirt is delivered money shipped by delhivery and taken cod option is not returning i want my money back please resolve this,they showed a beautiful suit and gave this horrible shirt there is no return back address on the package.

I am sure the courier has pick up address and can do the needful by the tracking number and return this product and return the hardearn money there are many companies bluffing please cyber crime team explore them and help in getting the refund back because they are cheating on their domain openly,i could see it's come from Surat please check the same and catch the fraudsters.

If the courier company assigned can help in resolving this i can provide the tracking and further details also have kept the packet intact kindly help in resolving the same as these fraudsters are promoting with many domains and name i am sure complaint room.in will help resolve genuinely.

It's not very late for my case the delivery partner can let know the source and order can be checked verified request you to take this as priority and help resolve the same asap attaching the delivery parcel along with this request....

I have ordered suit from this site. But i received only kurti. Its also not that one which I ordered. It delivered Very cheap, wrong and pathetic product. I also try contact number of Fihoaa.

But no one received any call then, I send emails to them with details of products which received. However, I got no reply from them. If anyone run online business, then have proper policy for return, refund and exchange.

Yes, I agree with that sometimes, products are not received same as shown in catalog in site.But, its does not mean, company don't care of their customer and services. I extremely disappointed from these fake sites.

I ordered a dress from this site by looking at an ad on Facebook. The order received is a random poor quality dress...

Last Tuesday 18th Jan Ordered this beautiful Grey suit Set on FIHOAA online shopping VIA Facebook Advertisement. I received a totally different product, which is cheap and can't be used and utter waste of money.

I got the doubt when I didn't receive an email or SMS from the company regarding the product delivery detail. I tried to reverse the payment VIA bank, which didn't go thru. so now I have requested then for Product return and Money back on the email : [PROTECTED]@gmail.com they have provided on their FAKE website.

This is a SCAM where the collect the money showing beautiful designer product photos, show its on sale like 75% & all, they deliver a product which is not even 10 percent of the money they collected.

I have purchased few suit. As this site suits were looking superb. I ordered and paid online rs. 11,000/-. Generally, I pay cash on delivery but this time i made the payment online in advance.

After the payment i thought they will mail the recipe or order placed confirmation id. But after the transaction nothing i get from them. I mail too on their support id. But no response. I tried the calling number that is also fake.

I don't know how to track my order or how will i get money back. I have the payment recipe which is why because i paid by gpay. But don't know how Facebook sites are also fake sites....

Around 22 December late night I found a website catalogue on instagram displaying women apparels. Since the product displayed were really good I thought to purchase them. Also this website Fihoaa.com was new to me I thought to do COD for my orders. I added all the products that I needed in the cart and filled all my other details like number & address.

After 8 days around I received the order and the snapshot for the same is attached hereby.
The XPRESSSBEE Delivery agent gave me the parcel and asked to do me a payment for 2348 INR and I made the payment via UPI.

After I opened the courier I found the products were very poor quality as well as they were not what I had ordered. So immediately I called to the number that was mentioned in the courier that I received.

On calling I found that no one picks up the call so I connected to Fihoaa Website. After connection I found that the website did not exist only now on web.

The polythene in which the products were wrapped had on website marked in it. It only has the above mentioned address and contact number in it.

I had purchased two products from it. They both are of very poor quality. The website mentioned that there is a 7 day return policy. I am trying to connect to them and get my refund.

There is no one who attains the complaint on the number that is mentioned on the courier. As well as when I tried to return to Fihhoaa.com but the website is not up or running.

It has been a havoc to return this product. I request you to get my refund back from this product. It is total of 2348INR.

I ordered 2 suits from Fihoaa.com. They appeared very much good. Since the website was new to me I ordered them on COD. Once I received the package I provided money to the delivery agent via UPI transaction.

When I opened the package the dresses were of very poor quality and they were not the designs that I asked from them or appeared on website. I tried to reach to them on the provided number on the courier set, they were reachable but they do not pick up the call.

I tried to return the item from website Fihoaa.com it was too fake. It did not opened at all. I received the courier on Saturday I tried reaching them on the same day but i thought may be the business hours are closed so I waited till today and tried them again.

They do not answer the calls. Request you to get my refund of RS 2348 INR from them. Take strict actions against them....
