I ordered a kurti from fastkog powered by shiprocket and the product is packed on 14th June. I got a message on 14th June at 01:05 pm saying - (Order Packed: Hi Anita, your Fastkog order containing Kurti-1013 is packed.

Powered by Shiprocket order) My order id is TS[Protected]. The product is delivered by ekart on 16th of June. I paid the full amount that is 838 rs. But when i open the package, it contains a cheap saree.

There are no contact details and no return option. I want to return the order and want my money back. It is a fake company and from now on i will never trust such online fake companies. But only this time please help me to get my money back....

I have received wrong product is delivered through shiprocket & ekart delivered at 10/06/2022 I want refund my amount of rs. 999 and returned my order...

I ordered a product from Mristo site costing 999/- on 24th May 22. And I a received confirmation from Fastkog that your order is placed and order id # MS[Protected]. But instead of ordered product I received a different product today with same order id.

I tried to call Mristo customer care many times but they didn't receive my call and even not responded to my mail. I am feeling like cheated. This company might have cheated many customers and might have deceived many customers hard earned.

So I request strong action needed to be taken against this company....

I had ordered kurti set worth1099 rs ..which was decnt quality as pic shown online .but i received a fake product , this is not the product i ordered online .. Tjis kurti quality is utmost hopeless S size very cheap quality which is nt even worth 100 rs ..now i have aid 1099 rs pto the courier ..i have been duped ..i want my money back ..immediately. This fraud selling is not acceptable at all ..how can big company cheat customers like this. I want the customer care no. I wsnt to lodge s complaint for cheating on this company fast....

I had placed an order on April 19th and paid for a cotton stitched suit. I received the packet through blue dart courier services yesterday containing a bad quality material kurti only. The package has no information from where it has come.

It is surprising that blue dart service accepted a package without return address.There is no contact information or bill in the package. This is something that is not acceptable.

I want to return this back and get a refund of Rs.949 plus damages. I had placed this order through Facebook ad. The picture shown in the ad was different. No one can trust the ads appearing on facebook.

The company has been cheating on the sentiments and trust of the people and cheating on people's trust on online shopping. The kurti is roughly stitched. I had order a xxl size but the size is does not look like XXL.

Strict action needs to taken against all the three companies i.e. fastkog, Facebook and blue dart. It looks like they are all hand and glove in this activity. And are cheating their own brothers.

What kind of reputation is being set in the international market. They are setting a bad name for India that Indians are looting their own brothers....

Hi I booked a white Anarkali kurta and Duptta in Fackbook advertisement of the company on 21st March 2022 . The item was purchased on COD. When the delivery was received they did not allow to open the pack before giving the money. After the money was given and packet was handed over the courier boy left and we found that instead of the Anarkali kurta it was a piece of cloth only.

I immediately went to the website and wrote them the email as was given on website to complain about the damaged or wrong delivery of product. The email just got bounced back. The phone number given on the website is ringing but nobody is picking up the phone .

There is another phone number given on the packet cover of the courier which was received. Nobody is picking up phone on that number as well. the phone no is [Protected].gstin number of company is 24[Protected]12F. The invoice number is Retail34955 and invoice date is [Protected].order no is FH[Protected].I sent all details of the courier received to them on whatsup but it seems they have not seen the same.

I am calling them again and again but no reply. THis is a great harrasment to the consumer. Please ensure that these people are penalized by the consumer cell so that they do not do the same to other customers. The modus operandi of this company is to advertise the product on half the price of the product from a standard company so that the people get attracted for the price and then send them a sub standard material and that too any thing .

After that they do not take up the phone call or respond to email as email id itself does not exist. I wonder how these companies exist. I request that they should be booked for doing such frauds with consumer. ...

Instead of white kurta they have submitted the wrong piece of cloth. The email id given on their website got bounced back. Nobody picking up phone. They have shown the kurta as imitation of a big brand and price kept low.

Delivered within two days and now no clue where to go. I paid in cash rs 1200 for a piece of unstiched cloth though the product was stitched kurta and supra....

I received wrong product from this fastkog site. I ordered yellow suit which cost 1100 Rs but i received kurti which is very cheap and poor quality also size issue. i called this customer service.

But i nobody answered my call and also i send them email which is wrong and i didn't get any help. i request you please help me for my refund. This people are making many of us fool.

Because of this i understand that i waste my time and money by trusting this fake online site. i am feeling very sad. i request to every girl don't waste your precious time and money on such kind of fake site.

If possible please help me out for my refund. Order id - FH[Protected]. Kindly help me....
