Hi I booked a white Anarkali kurta and Duptta in Fackbook advertisement of the company on 21st March 2022 . The item was purchased on COD. When the delivery was received they did not allow to open the pack before giving the money. After the money was given and packet was handed over the courier boy left and we found that instead of the Anarkali kurta it was a piece of cloth only.

I immediately went to the website and wrote them the email as was given on website to complain about the damaged or wrong delivery of product. The email just got bounced back. The phone number given on the website is ringing but nobody is picking up the phone .

There is another phone number given on the packet cover of the courier which was received. Nobody is picking up phone on that number as well. the phone no is [Protected].gstin number of company is 24[Protected]12F. The invoice number is Retail34955 and invoice date is [Protected].order no is FH[Protected].I sent all details of the courier received to them on whatsup but it seems they have not seen the same.

I am calling them again and again but no reply. THis is a great harrasment to the consumer. Please ensure that these people are penalized by the consumer cell so that they do not do the same to other customers. The modus operandi of this company is to advertise the product on half the price of the product from a standard company so that the people get attracted for the price and then send them a sub standard material and that too any thing .

After that they do not take up the phone call or respond to email as email id itself does not exist. I wonder how these companies exist. I request that they should be booked for doing such frauds with consumer.
