I ordered a kurti from fastkog powered by shiprocket and the product is packed on 14th June. I got a message on 14th June at 01:05 pm saying - (Order Packed: Hi Anita, your Fastkog order containing Kurti-1013 is packed.
Powered by Shiprocket order) My order id is TS[Protected]. The product is delivered by ekart on 16th of June. I paid the full amount that is 838 rs. But when i open the package, it contains a cheap saree.
There are no contact details and no return option. I want to return the order and want my money back. It is a fake company and from now on i will never trust such online fake companies. But only this time please help me to get my money back.
