I ordered worth 999 rs. but received the worst clothes. I tried contacting them but no response. I left my contact details but received no results. They used popular delivery service name.

A fake no. we received no messages or calls confirming the order. Even when the delivery person who gave us the order didn’t contact us. It’s seems all fishy. Even the delivery boys belonging to my area call at least once as my house is in middle of town but they just left the order without any help.

I just want my money. I don’t care about anything but give my money back. Or I can file a formal complaint to the consumer rights office. And we recently received that a company posting as imposter products can be fined upto 10 lakhs or more.

And I am not the only one who was cheated. It’s better to pay mere 1000 rs instead of going through all this length. I am pissed at this. I don’t usually order online but it was a gift for my sister....

In this link i ordered 3 kurtis and i received 2 top very worst clothes and damaged and not to fit for me it was a big cheating....

I came across this website on YouTube and ordered Combo kurti set of 3 on Oct 5th. I got the product on Oct 9th evening via ecom express. The kurti was used product, it's torned out and there are only 2 kurti in the package.

First of all i tried to reach ecom express for the refund as it was cash on delivery but they said that the amount will be refunded by the seller only i.e. fashionkurti.in. When I tried to reach the website, it is now not available.

There is no contact number available, no email address. I tried to google and found one number [Protected]but this number is fake and i was not able to connect. Then I found one email address in google [PROTECTED]@fashionkurti.in i have dropped them email but no response yet.

I want my money back, please help to get my refund amount of Rs 499. It is a fraud company that is giving customers torned and used products. Below is the SMS that I had received after placing the order.

How can any1 Even pack items which are so worse it was pack of 3 we received only 2 and 2nd thing 1 is totally torn and on 1 there is fungus and very bad smell from tat dress.

I saw an advertisement in youtube that is fashionkurti.in. I ordered a combo of kurti on 22 September 2021 and I received that product today but when I opened that I got so shocked it's totally different from which I saw it in online then I contact the website given number but it is not in use.
