I came across this website on YouTube and ordered Combo kurti set of 3 on Oct 5th. I got the product on Oct 9th evening via ecom express. The kurti was used product, it's torned out and there are only 2 kurti in the package.
First of all i tried to reach ecom express for the refund as it was cash on delivery but they said that the amount will be refunded by the seller only i.e. fashionkurti.in. When I tried to reach the website, it is now not available.
There is no contact number available, no email address. I tried to google and found one number [Protected]but this number is fake and i was not able to connect. Then I found one email address in google [PROTECTED]@fashionkurti.in i have dropped them email but no response yet.
I want my money back, please help to get my refund amount of Rs 499. It is a fraud company that is giving customers torned and used products. Below is the SMS that I had received after placing the order.

I came across this website fashionkurti.in on youtube.I ordered combo of 3 kurti with Rs.598 on 10th oct 2021.I received the product on 26th oct 2021.There are only 2 kurti in that pack.The kurti is used product.The dresses are very worst condition.They didn't mention any contact details in that order.They mention company name as THE PREMIUM BAZAR.
