I saw an advertisement in youtube that is fashionkurti.in. I ordered a combo of kurti on 22 September 2021 and I received that product today but when I opened that I got so shocked it's totally different from which I saw it in online then I contact the website given number but it is not in use.
I want to exchange and I want my money back when I contact them they don't respond me their contact number is fake and not in use kindly take action I am a person who got cheated by them then definitely their a many persons who got cheated and will cheat by them so please take action.
I am a rich person i'm from na normal family today I lost my Rs.499. It is very big amount for me so please take a action and make them as fraudulent and I want my money back and I want to exchange their product I don't want to exchange their product I don't believe them so please take a action.

Reply Fashion kurti is fraud company n ekart is there partner. Online clothes good to look. But they have sent very bad old garbage clothes .pls refund the money. Otherwise it will be reported to cybercrime police n all the frauds will be jaied including ekart guys who have joined hands in delivering goods
