Worst service ever. I received fake parcel from a xpressbees. I didn’t order anything from any website that required it to be shipped by your company. I told the same thing to deliver boy but he didn’t agree and demanded that I pay him cash of 1600 rupees. This is ridiculous when I have never paid for a product with cash on delivery. When opened the parcel I saw a cheap old Saree which is probably not even worth 100 rupees. I truly believe it your fault for sending packages to customers without verification of sender and checking if they are a scam or real.

I am very disappointed and need you to check and give me a proper response and refund as I will not accept be scammed by a company that does not verify what they are sending to their customer. Also terrible customer service, none of the customer service phone numbers work. I need my refund and proper response.

I need you to refund the money back in cash as you have falsely made me pay for something I didn’t purchase and also told the delivery person the same. I will not access being charged for something I did not purchase....

I got a sms from xpressbees about a parcel. I was unaware of who sent me the courier.it said cod for 600/-. I made one mistake .without knowing where did it came from i collected the parcel paying 600/- cod. Later when i opened up the parcel it was fake. And i dont know why i received it. I made a stupid mistake. After collecting also i couldnt get through who send it to me. I was cheated by a scammer. Is it the xpressbees scam or someone else is scamming.?? When i called xpressbees office first they told me about that it was other address with this awb and then changed the whole talk and said it was the same address and everything. There was no valid answer from their customer support team also. There was no answer who sent the parcel. Where did it came from. Is there any way to get my money back.? Or any other way to complain. Who is the real cheat here.? Can anyone guide me through.? How did somebosy had my whole address. Xpressbees or someone would have got my whole address from.? Has that happened to anyone else.?if yes What did you do.? ...

I have ordered from Just herbs. And the delivery partner is expressbess. Initially there was an issue with mobile Number and on May 17 mobile number was corrected. Still I have not received my order and no one is bother to attend my call.

As this is cosmetics I am afraid that items would be damaged or in unusable condition if they are not stored properly I have requested for cancel and refund company is not accepting for refund.

I am suffering in between company and delivery partner. I had to buy new products as these are not delivered yet....

Xpressbees Yelahanka branch is a fraud shop, they are delivering none of the orders to customers, they don't even contact the customer and update false comments saying customer wants future delivery.

There is no contact number available for this branch. I've officially raised complaint with Xpressbees customer care and yet no response. Kindly suspend this branch so that we don't have to lose money....

I have place my order in clovia, which was expected to be delivered by 4th Dec. AWB no is [Protected]. Its been more than 6 days my order is not being delivered to me, daily it shows your order is out for delivery

But by evening i get a sms by company that my order cant be delivered as i was not at home, truth is the delivery agent never ever called me. I called 5 days in a row to the expressbee Customer care about my problems,

They say they cant provide agent's no, when they provided after insisting its not working, daily they assure me to wait for next day. But nothing happens....

In 15 days ago i order some products from meesho which is not delivered who can customers believe me and what can i do if my ordered products is not delivered in 5/10/2.

I will not except any Delivery and in future i will not order in online platform and specially Express bees....
