I have ordered from Just herbs. And the delivery partner is expressbess. Initially there was an issue with mobile Number and on May 17 mobile number was corrected. Still I have not received my order and no one is bother to attend my call.
As this is cosmetics I am afraid that items would be damaged or in unusable condition if they are not stored properly I have requested for cancel and refund company is not accepting for refund.
I am suffering in between company and delivery partner. I had to buy new products as these are not delivered yet.
