Worst service ever. I received fake parcel from a xpressbees. I didn’t order anything from any website that required it to be shipped by your company. I told the same thing to deliver boy but he didn’t agree and demanded that I pay him cash of 1600 rupees. This is ridiculous when I have never paid for a product with cash on delivery. When opened the parcel I saw a cheap old Saree which is probably not even worth 100 rupees. I truly believe it your fault for sending packages to customers without verification of sender and checking if they are a scam or real.

I am very disappointed and need you to check and give me a proper response and refund as I will not accept be scammed by a company that does not verify what they are sending to their customer. Also terrible customer service, none of the customer service phone numbers work. I need my refund and proper response.

I need you to refund the money back in cash as you have falsely made me pay for something I didn’t purchase and also told the delivery person the same. I will not access being charged for something I did not purchase.
