I have ordered one dress for an amount of Rs 1550/- on 03.03.2024 from Everything under 1K Instagram page.After payment Mrs. Minuraj (owner) told that order is confirmed and it will be dispatched within 15-25 working days.Till now no response from their side about dispatch details and not even answering my calls and messages. I have already sent many messages to them but no response from their side.

Everything under 1k Instagram page is fake because I was not get to my order yet till so please please refund my money, everything under 1k Instagram page is not respond to any calls or msgs anything it's very bad and it is too muck delayed working days compared to any other business....

Hi , i ordered a dress in instagram everything under_1k on December 3rd 2023, as i need it before pongal she confirmed then only i paid amount of 999 plus 89 delivery charges, but she gave different reasons like workers fell ill so so... but updating new collections in instagram...in feb when i have asked her about update she said i will get it in feb 1st week, and 2nd week also i didn't receive . i have messaged her multiple times not responding to the messages or calls..i am asking you to respond and update the status of my dress....

Hi Meenu, am so exhausted still holding.... waited for a very long time i didn't receive my dress, hence it's my second purchase from you..I Supposed to get the dress on before Pongal and you too confirmed, then only I have processed for payment on December 3rd 2023.. till Jan i have waited and you too said some reasons like your workers fell ill one by one ..so i didn't disturb you for 2months, but in Feb I have asked about the status of my dress.

You said i supposed to get it on 1st week of Feb and again 2nd week and now not responding to the messages or calls...texted you multiple times in Instagram no response from you, the contact number you have given me is always not reachable or out of service.. i didn't get the dress still now.

I ordered a product on November 2 , 2023. It's February 25th 2024, product not delivered. 998 rs have been paid to them via Paytm. They are not responding to calls and queries. I don't want the product anymore. I need refund . My name is shifana and they didn't provide any order id. Payment made to Arjun k mani, the owner of the boutique . The promised that they will deliver the product by November last. 4 months passed. Nothing happened. I don't want the product anymore. At least I want my back....

I ordered 2 product worth Rs2599 from everything under 1k Instagram page on January 3 2024. They gave me one fake tracking id tow days before which is of a product that is delivered on Ahmadabad on October 2023 And after that they are not replying to any messages. But they are replying to messages that send from other Instagram accounts....

I've ordered a kurta on 30/11/2023 for Christmas. but until today, I have not yet received my dress. They hardly picked up the calls and replied to the messages, and each time they gave different reasons for delaying the product. fake people.while ordering the dress they told me that within 20 working days I will get the dress.but its already 40 days over. They don't value others money.

They don't know how to behave with customers. Mr. Arjun K. Mani and his partner, Minu Raj, both running the business. Arjun is talking very rudely and behaving like no mistake happened from their side. They are not ready to share me the tracking details. This is a completely fake page. After getting payment, the response from them is very less. please everyone report this page.fake page.fake people....

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and delayed delivery of the dresses I ordered from the 'Everything Under 1k' page on Instagram. I placed an order for 3 dresses worth 3237/- on December 14th and have not received any updates or tracking information regarding my order.

Despite expressing the urgency of needing the dresses for a wedding on January 5th, there has been no effort to meet this timeline or provide any updates on the delivery status. This lack of response and apparent disregard for my urgent request has left me feeling extremely let down by the service.The complete absence of communication and the failure to fulfill a clearly communicated need has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure the prompt delivery of my order.

This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly urge the Instagram Merchandise Team to take this matter seriously and work towards improving their customer service and order fulfillment processes to avoid similar issues in the future.

I had placed my order on May 2023, its Dec 23 now, haven't received the product. They hardly respond to messages. Contact no. Is always out of service, no reply to Instagram messages, Comments on the post is turned off. Its total scam. The lady who runs the business don't know the value of others hard earned money because she has chosen a simple patch to cheat people and earn money.

Her partner seems to be a Dr. Shame on such people. She has time to post new reels and updates regarding new products, will respond to messages from other insta profile, but doesn't care to reply on the existing customers messages who has brought her products. Her business should be shutdown.
