I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and delayed delivery of the dresses I ordered from the 'Everything Under 1k' page on Instagram. I placed an order for 3 dresses worth 3237/- on December 14th and have not received any updates or tracking information regarding my order.
Despite expressing the urgency of needing the dresses for a wedding on January 5th, there has been no effort to meet this timeline or provide any updates on the delivery status. This lack of response and apparent disregard for my urgent request has left me feeling extremely let down by the service.The complete absence of communication and the failure to fulfill a clearly communicated need has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure the prompt delivery of my order.
This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly urge the Instagram Merchandise Team to take this matter seriously and work towards improving their customer service and order fulfillment processes to avoid similar issues in the future.
