I ordered a product on November 2 , 2023. It's February 25th 2024, product not delivered. 998 rs have been paid to them via Paytm. They are not responding to calls and queries. I don't want the product anymore. I need refund . My name is shifana and they didn't provide any order id. Payment made to Arjun k mani, the owner of the boutique . The promised that they will deliver the product by November last. 4 months passed. Nothing happened. I don't want the product anymore. At least I want my back.
