Yor Teams Are Send company's box pack product / a new brand ?????? Or 7 day returnable product?????? I will not accept repaired and returned products within 7 days of any Remember what we have discussed many times before,So This Is my Heartly Request Please send box pack new brand Company packing product only.And Most Check.

All the features shown in the attachment below must be there, so before sending the product, check the attachment carefully, then send My Watch{ Product} And didn't even get the screen guard I claimed,So please send it to this courier.please Call me Urgent If Any Issues....

I will purchase smart watch from Amazon . warranty period is expired and screen damaged. service centre at Thane and Malad no parts available for repair.I mail to company they mailed me to pay Rs 2199 /- your product is ready for shipment. I pay said amount and share screenshot same day 17 August.I will call customer care number more than 10 times but no any update found every time reply updated within 24 hrs....

I buy watch on 8th October 2022 of Rupees3999 and the very next day i cancel my order from crossbeats and make request for my refund.But they are making fool of me from last 3 months they don’t reply my mails,messages or calls and whenever they pick the call they said your money will refund with in a week they are making fool of me. Soo please help me to get my money back from fraud company order id no(102918)....

I have purchased my Orbit Infinite grey smart watch on 22 May 2022 it was working good till 9 Aug 2022. Then after I tried contacting Cross beats for the service as the watch was still under warranty period an there is no physical damage to the watch it just does not shows the display from 9 Aug 2022 and finally on 11 Aug 2022.

I mail them as they don't have any customer service number and the process of watch diagnosis started as they said they will verify the product is not physically damage and will check if it fits in warranty category.


So after successful diagnosis they said yes it falls under warranty and they will replace me watch and the time frame for all the process was 6-7 working days.
Then after they have send me a mail asking for the replacement watch shipping charges of INR 99 I told them that I stay in same city as in Bangalore but they refused and said I cannot go and get my watch I have only option to pay INR 99 for shipping charges and then they will send the watch to my address.


But since I have paid for shipping charges on 26 Aug 2022 they send me another mail on 29 Aug 2022 saying the watch in not in stock and they will provide the replacement as soon as possible and after this mail I have been following up many time and they have stopped responding to my emails and is not providing any status on my smart watch replacement.


It is like now they have my watch they and the amount i have paid for the watch i.e. INR 5949 and also they charged me extra INR 99 for shipping and does not provided it till date today it is 17 Sep 2022 I am being chasing them and not getting any response.

I have all the email chains for the whole process as a proof of incidence with all bills and product service job sheet....

I have ordered a product on crossbeats website on 15th April 2022. They delivered it via Bluedart but I was not in the city and hence bluedart has returned the product to Crossbeats on 25th April 2022.

Now, they are not refunding the money saying they have not received the product. I gave them sufficient proofs like Bluedart tracking id to and fro. I gave them the call recording with Bluedart where they said that the product has returned to Crossbeats Bangalore.

Still they are not accepting it....

I ordered a watch on April 26th 2022 with online payment of rupees 4249.15 rs. The very next day i cancelled the order and request for refund. But from then if i call/mail/message cross beats company.

They are not responding. Its been 15 days. No response from them kindly help us on this concern....

I have ordered a watch and belt for a customer on march 3rd using my referral ID (Affiliate program) and the customer was not having an email id, so i had to use my alternative email id.

However, now cross beats is not paying the referral amount. Stating i am misusing the affiliate rewards. I would urge cross beats to check and refund the same at the earliest, if this is also not considered i will file a legal case with state government.

Additionally, Cross beats has no where mentioned, an affiliate cannot use his email id for customer to buy the products!!!...

Dear sir I had purchased crossbeats sports watch on 19/05/21. As per company policy this is under one year warranty, and company also claiming this IP68 water resistant and it can be used for swimming purpose also. Now I am facing problem with watch screen so I had sent it for warranty claim.

now company denying for warranty claim due to liquid damage but In his warranty policy nothing mentioned about liquid damage. Here I am giving warrant claim policy link also. Here I am also giving some mail that I had got from support team. Hi Anurag, Thank you for writing back to Crossbeats support team.

As per the service team, the product display and IC chip has been damaged due to liquid and saltwater content (sweat). The watch is water resistant. Unfortunately, This is not a manufacturing defect rather based on usage/wear and tear hence voids the warranty.
We will ship the product back to you and share the tracking ID once shipped....

I purchased crossbeat orbit sports model smartwatch from company webside after going through its technical specifications, they have mentioned it’s support IOS and Androide handset and given various features like blootooth call support, wake up screen with wrist, notifications,and many other.

Accordingly I ordered the product by paying online amount . I received watch after 2 days. I checked the product and found The finger prints on watch glass, box and other accessories in the box is found touched earlier, I ignored it since I was excited about product.

I checked the product and connected with my iPhone and checked how the features are functioning. At that time I observed that Bluetooth calling is not at all functioning and it’s screen is not wake up after turning the wrist. Other functions are also performing with delay or errors.

Overall I was not satisfied with the product and lack of functionality in basic features. So immediately I raised refund ticket on there website, whatsapp no . I tried to connect with there customer care no.as well but they are too busy that even after 3 days not they could not answer my call or no call back is done from them.

Here after my mail I received responds from crossbeat that due to hygiene issue we don’t accept return or refund, so I mailed them again and shown them theirs return policy which is there on the website. After that 2 days passed but I didn’t got any response from them on any of the mode of communication....
