I purchased crossbeat orbit sports model smartwatch from company webside after going through its technical specifications, they have mentioned it’s support IOS and Androide handset and given various features like blootooth call support, wake up screen with wrist, notifications,and many other.
Accordingly I ordered the product by paying online amount . I received watch after 2 days. I checked the product and found The finger prints on watch glass, box and other accessories in the box is found touched earlier, I ignored it since I was excited about product.
I checked the product and connected with my iPhone and checked how the features are functioning. At that time I observed that Bluetooth calling is not at all functioning and it’s screen is not wake up after turning the wrist. Other functions are also performing with delay or errors.
Overall I was not satisfied with the product and lack of functionality in basic features. So immediately I raised refund ticket on there website, whatsapp no . I tried to connect with there customer care no.as well but they are too busy that even after 3 days not they could not answer my call or no call back is done from them.
Here after my mail I received responds from crossbeat that due to hygiene issue we don’t accept return or refund, so I mailed them again and shown them theirs return policy which is there on the website. After that 2 days passed but I didn’t got any response from them on any of the mode of communication....
